Made in Canada! Yay! Canada makes 80% of the world's mustard seed but we send it over to France to make Grey Poupon or Maille (which I actually don't think is very good). This mustard is great! Thanks Jeremy. The "Triple Crunch" is kind of like caviar in a jar with little crunchy pearls of whole mustard seed; it makes an interesting potato salad. I, personally, like the sweet versions: Maple Mustard, Balsamic Fig, Sweet & Smokey - but on a roast beef sandwich - horseradish - killer!
